Spoorthy is a seasoned finance professional with more than five years of experience supporting middle‑market investment banks across complex M&A transactions. She focuses on developing Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and structured financial analyses that bring clarity to clients at critical stages of the M&A transaction lifecycle.
Her expertise is anchored in strong valuation modeling capabilities, fluency in deal collaterals, and a sector‑driven understanding of the consumer goods and business services markets. In addition to her transaction support work, she contributes to firm‑level business development by producing insight‑driven materials that strengthens marketing initiatives.
Before transitioning into M&A advisory, Spoorthy managed statutory audit and GST compliance engagements for founder‑led businesses and supported the international tax team at Amazon Inc., where she worked on ESS regulations, cross‑border tax implications, and compliance frameworks for high‑volume digital operations.
Outside of work, Spoorthy loves to travel, explore history and arts through museums, and enjoy house music festivals. She is also involved with her local dog shelter, where she volunteers regularly.
Education:
Spoorthy is a qualified CPA (U.S.) and Chartered Accountant (Level 2). She also holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Jain University.
