Véronique Debeusscher

Operations and Business Manager

Véronique Debeusscher serves as the Operations and Business Manager at DanaShift, where she occupies a vital dual role: driving high-level financial strategy for clients while managing the operational "backbone" of the firm. With a career spanning over two decades and multiple continents, Veronique brings a sophisticated, global perspective to business management and financial advisory.

Véronique is a key asset to DanaShift’s clients, particularly those navigating complex mergers, acquisitions, and market entries. Her expertise in financial analysis and modeling allows her to provide deep insights into client performance and valuation. Her client-facing work include

  • M&A Advisory: Preparing detailed Confidential Information Memorandums (CIM) and supporting clients through the intricacies of the M&A process.
  • Strategic Modeling: Developing robust B2B pricing models, financial forecasting, and sales force optimization strategies.
  • Market Insight: Conducting thorough market analyses and customer segmentation to help businesses target growth effectively.

As the manager of DanaShift’s internal operations, Véronique ensures the firm maintains the highest standards of efficiency and financial rigor. She is responsible for the internal "backbone" of the company, leveraging her extensive background in:

  • Financial Controlling & Auditing: Applying her deep knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP to manage internal financial health and compliance.
  • Process Optimization: Utilizing advanced tools like Workday Adaptive, Tableau, and SAP to implement data-driven reporting and streamline internal workflows.
  • Global Resource Management: Drawing on her experience managing large-scale international teams—including oversight of a 500-employee manufacturing plant in Thailand—to foster a productive, multicultural environment.

Before taking on her current leadership role, Véronique built a prestigious career in finance and consulting. She served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Rivian, where she supported the global launch of their adventure vehicles, and held the role of Finance-FP&A Manager at Collectors. Her international pedigree includes financial leadership positions at Faurecia and Renault Trucks in Europe, as well as audit experience at KPMG.

Véronique holds two advanced degrees from France: a Master’s Degree in Finance from INSEEC and a Master’s Degree in Internal Audit and Controlling from Toulouse Business School. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Part 1 and is a true polyglot, fluent in English and French, with professional working proficiency in Czech and German
